Amazon: Free Product Returns

Amazon allows customers in Israel to return products completely free via DHL — no return shipping costs at all.

This applies to products purchased directly from Amazon (Fulfilled by Amazon). Products from third-party sellers are subject to that seller's return policy, though many offer similar terms.

Important: this service is available as of now, but Amazon may change the policy in the future.

1. Go to Your Orders on Amazon and check the return deadline — usually about 30 days from delivery
2. Next to the product, find the line saying "Returnable until" with the exact date
3. Click the "Return or Replace Items" button and follow the instructions
4. Amazon will provide a printable shipping label for DHL
5. Send the package and wait — delivery takes about 3-4 weeks
6. Amazon refunds within 7 business days of receiving the item. Read Returns & Refunds Policy

• You can only return items that are unopened and unused
• Refunds go to the credit card used for the purchase
• Missed the deadline? Try contacting customer service — they sometimes make exceptions
• Gifts: you can return gift items too, but the refund comes as an Amazon gift card (not to a credit card)

Amazon makes the return process very easy, but there's a limit — if you make too many returns, Amazon may:

• Restrict your return options
• In extreme cases — permanently ban your account

So only return items when you genuinely need to.
